We Tend to Fear the Unknown
I am so very
thankful that I work for Kaiser Permanente SCPMG, Downey Service Area. They provide us with the most up to date
information to keep us informed; ensuring our health and safety, in turn,
ensuring the safety of others in our communities and beyond.
Prevention is the key. Wash your hands. Eat Well. Sleep Well. Stay Hydrated. Reduce Stress. Be Mindful of your surroundings, your actions, and your interaction with others. Do no Harm. Not felling well? Stay home and get rest and treat your mind, your body, and your spirit with kindness, compassion, respect, and patience.

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention
is one of the most credible and accessible resources to gather information
about any concerns locally, nationally, and internationally.
I would highly recommend to first contact
your Healthcare Provider with any questions and concerns. Your Healthcare Provider
will be able to offer the most up to date information and recommendations to
address your particular concerns.
The following links to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website
may be of interest for those of you with concerns regarding Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).
What to Do if you are sick
Wishing
you a happy and healthy day,
