Mindfully indulge each of your senses: sight, sound, touch, taste, smell, and awareness.
Highlighting the resourcefulness, resilience, and beauty of California native plants, this experiential outdoor session will bring awareness to our connection with the earth, and the therapeutic gifts that Mother Nature has to offer.

·         Handout for you to take home with a list of easy to care for aromatic and medicinal plants mentioned during the presentation that do well in containers as well as in the garden
