Farewell to My Monday Gentle Therapeutic Yoga Class at SunSpark Yoga Studio

FAREWELL to my Gentle Therapeutic Yoga Class at SunSpark Yoga.

MONDAY, December 9th, 2019. 9:30am - 10:45am will be the last class.

It’s been wonderful teaching in this beautiful studio for over 2 years.

Each person who has attended one of my classes has a special place in my heart.
I will miss you all.
Please keep in touch.

And know, you can always look to nature for the inspiration and reminders of the wisdom that resides in you.
The relationships between mountains and trees, water and wind and falling leaves...
the solid rocks along the path that guide your way; the rocks that offer a place for you to sit and rest, and also offer opportunities to climb to new heights to scout clear paths as the water flows to level ground...
the sunshine and clouds that illuminate and hug the branches with light and shadows...
the fresh air, the food and the shelter these trees provide, the critters that rely on these trees and in turn help disperse the seeds of the trees for future generations.
Continue to tend to the seeds of goodness that reside in you - your breath that invitation as well as the answer to inform you how to support your mind, body, and spirit on this interesting journey called life.

With love and gratitude,
- Melissa Adylia Calasanz

NOTE:
I would have told y'all sooner, but the studio owners told me not to tell anyone.
Not telling my students completely goes against my personal and professional judgement.
Sadly, when I called to inform the owners, two weeks ago, that my schedule would be changing and that I would most likely have to let the class go in January, I was told not to tell my students - being told to not tell my students left me with a very uncomfortable feeling, so I decided to give my two weeks notice...
