Compassionate Self-Care
in a Supportive Atmosphere
This Gentle,
Therapeutic Yoga-Inspired class is designed for participants of all levels,
especially those who seek a gentle, more introspective approach to Mind-Body
Wellness.
Therapeutic Yoga Principles, and Mindful, Breath-Centered Subtle
Movement, along with Supported Restorative postures will be explored; ending
with a relaxing, Guided Meditative Body Scan, to help bring a sense of peace to
your life, and to cultivate an appreciation for your strengths as well as your
weaknesses.
Whether you are new to
Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will enjoy being mindfully led while
exploring and nurturing your mind, breath, body, and intention.
Each class will
progress with consideration to all participants. If you have any specific
concerns/limited mobility, please arrive early to inform your instructor before
class begins

let go of life's stress with some gentle movements and deep stretching
accompanied by supportive poses using blankets and blocks to relax the nervous
system, release chronic tension and find deep relaxation.
This deep practice is
gentle, yet intense, helping you to not only to open the body, but also
cultivate the ability to observe and stay with sensation.
Complements our more
vigorous classes, and is designed for rejuvenation and treating fatigue.
Appropriate for all levels.”

be explored; Easing into gentle, therapeutic and restorative postures, and
ending with a guided meditation to welcome deep relaxation.
