Get to Know the Muscles of Your Pelvic Floor

Do you have tight hips
Do suffer from low back pain?
Do you go to Yoga classes and continue to do "Hip Openers" with little long term relief?

Yoga "Hip Openers" are not a one-size-fits-all prescription for "tight hips"

Think beyond Baddha Konasana 
Please take the time to become familiar with the musculature within your pelvic region.
You will see that continually stretching in one plane of motion/direction will not address all the muscles within your hips, lower back, legs, etc., which may be contributing to your discomfort.
