Join me, Melissa Adylia Calasanz C-IAYT, Saturday, March 9th, 2019, for "The Healing Garden" experiential workshop at Tree of Life Nursery in San Juan Capistrano. 

I will be sharing the therapeutic physical and mental health benefits of gardening with California Native Plants, and offering the opportunity to explore our connection with, and the lessons to be learned from, the natural beauty that surrounds us on this earth.

Topics covered will include: mindfulness; multi-sensory engagement of sight, sound, touch, feel, taste, and awareness; stress, pain, and sleep management, and more.

Optional Post-presentation Mindfulness Activity: Guided Walking Meditation lead by Melissa Adylia Calasanz Certified Yoga Therapist & Movement Educator
