Modern research recognizes the benefits of aromatherapy for stress reduction, sleep and mood management, and easing discomforts associated with anxiety and chronic pain.

*NOTE: Please do not pick plants, flowers, or seeds in the wild. Countless critters rely on these plants for food and shelter; the drought, fires, and development has greatly diminished these plants in open spaces. :)

“Connect with nature, hold it in your hand, appreciate the beauty as well as the fragrance, really get in touch with what these plants and their flowers have to offer, and understand why… One does not need to have a garden to connect with nature; I often bring the garden to my people. And once the beauty of nature is held in ones' hand, one has a wonderful opportunity to understand the patience and respect that is needed to tend to a living thing...”
